Product Description
Flange is a part that connects two pipe ends. Flange connection is defined as a combined sealing structure in which flanges, gaskets and bolts are connected to form a set of detachable connections. Add gaskets between the two flanges, and then tighten them with bolts.
Different pressure flanges have different thicknesses and use different bolts. When the pump and valve are connected to the pipeline, the parts of the equipment are also made into corresponding flange shapes, also known as flange connections. More information visit
Usually closed bolted parts are also called flanges, such as the connection of ventilation pipes, such parts can be called "flange-type parts". If this connection is only a part of the device, such as the connection between a flange and a water pump, it is not suitable to call the water pump a flanged part. But relatively small valves can be called flanged parts.
